A morning to explore your meditation practice and take it deeper. Come with your questions, challenges and experiences for practice and discussion.
For those who already know both Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations.

We will start promptly at 10:30 so you should aim to arrive about 15 minutes before hand. There is parking in front of the house. Someone will be at the main door to guide you downstairs to the meeting room.
Tea and coffee will be provided.
It's important to sit in a meditation posture that is comfortable, relaxed but upright. We can help you to find the posture which will work best for you, either on a chair or on meditation cushions on the floor. If you know you are more comfortable in a chair with a cushion behind your back, bring one with you.
